×6 roaches on the top, 5 on the top right, and 10 on the bottom left. For the top one, just make sure you strike the orb when you step on the arrow and if the roaches are positioned correctly (the rightmost one is one square to the left of the door, the leftmost one is on the door) then they'll be trapped since the door closes before they can move.
