For 1N1W, I assume you do the obvious thing with the mimics in the SE chamber and take all of them north with you.
After that, think through the problem backwards. By that I mean, look at the givens and the goal. The goal in all rooms is to exterminate all the creatures (at least in Dugan's dungeon... I've been toying with a dungeon full of immpossible rooms where the goal is to simply get out... but I digress).
The given in this room is three mimics. To achieve your goal, you see that there are exactly three area's with creatures that you can not get out of, so you know where the mimics must be (when you are otherwise done with them).
Obviously, one mimic must spend most of the time trapped after opening the door to the larger portion of the room.
There are also two "
airlocks"
which you can't get into because the orb that opens them is far away. I send a mimic into each one, and hit the orb myself (or with the other mimic).
Are you able to dispense of the two queens in the center chamber?

×When you do, you will then place one mimic at the end position (westmost orb), and use the remaining mimic to take out the four queens in the west chamber. The third mimic is still trapped.

×The mimic which just killed four queens then goes to end position 2, the upper middle chamber, kills the queen and hits the orb, freeing the third mimic, who takes out the wraith.
