Use 'Cutscene (ms between moves)'.
When the cutscene is finished, use 'Cutscene 0'.

Also, no, this is not an email service. You don't need anything after (and including) the @. Unless this is ALT POWER being used here, in which case, you shouldn't have made the account in the first place.
