how do i strike the orb by the break tiles?

Do you mean the orb in the northeast by the trapdoors?

You strike it in the normal way, with your sword. Of course, you'll be stuck on the force arrow then. Luckily you have a clone in the room. Press TAB to switch to the clone, who will finish solving the room and escape.
