Where can I get help for a secret room? They aren't showed on 'Get help for a room' page.

This is quite an annoying thing if you don't have a caravelnet subscription. With that, your progress is uploaded to your forum account and you can view secret rooms that you've visited. Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is using the forum search. But you have to be quite specific with that.

Alternatively, you can give us the name of the room and if anyone has played the hold (and has a subscription) they can find the topic for you.

Have you ever considered buying a caravelnet subscription? It's well worth it in my opinion. Here's the link:

You can get to the forum search by clicking the "Search" link at the top of the screen (just below the "Caravel Forum" image). For example, if you were looking for help for 1S2W of Level Name in Fake Hold, then you'd search the Hints and Solutions board for posts with the subject "Fake Hold : Level Name : 1 South, 2 West".
