Here is a demo where I did it in 42 moves. This is by the in-game counter, the demo counter says 41 moves.

It was kind of funny...I did it in 51 moves, then 46...then it took me a while and I went straight to 42.

Edit: I removed the demo because I wanted to keep how to solve the challenge a secret. You can PM me for the demo if you want it.

No, I think Once South Once West is the easiest room, followed closely by Entrance and Once West

It should be the Entrance, then 1S 1W because to complete 1S 1W, you need 38 moves, while you only need 32 for the Entrance.
What about 1S?

Of rooms with monsters other than the neather, and are not "Special" rooms like 1W, this is the easiest.
