Nobody is even close yet. Read the question carefully - none of your suggestions would actually make him behave that way. (apart from wackheads, but that sign doesn't not usually appear in a park ) No, John doesn't assume this behaviour in anyone else, its just him.

It does make sence. It says that you can't bring tin or a certain metal into the park and he was a robot made out of it. But if that's not the answer you are looking for...

The sign should say something like "Go and angrily tell a stranger that there's no way that he's throwing you in a bin"
But that's not a common sign in a park.
