A while ago I purchased another subscription to CaravelNet and assumed it would begin when my other one expired. I have had this problem with the Smitemaster's Selections downloads before and it was resolved by Erik Hermansen simply crediting it to my account. Though I would like to avoid this if possible, I would like to get my money's worth. Is there any other way to resolve this and, if not, could you simply credit it again?

Please contact support AT caravelgames.com - I'm gunna need your e-mail address, though make sure you mention this thread so I know it's you and not someone else with an identical problem. Or just put your CaravelNet account name in the e-mail, that works as well.

Also, I apologize that this is unrelated but I'm having problems with The City Beneath : The City : Quarce North, Thrice West. It's the one where all of the citizens are shuffling through the halls with the arrow that shows they can't change directions, the two arrow changers are behind the green door and I must somehow get through without setting off the bomb and I can't get through due to any gaps in the wall.
