Can anyone tell me how to post demos for my hold?

Also, how do you get to put a picture (of a room) inside your post?

To record demos:

1. Press F5.
2. Type in a name.
3. Record the demo by playing as normal.
4. Press F5 to stop. If you die or restart, the demo automatically stops recording.

To export them:
1. Press F6 while in the room.
2. Choose the demo you want.
3. Press Export, specify a directory and gilename.
4. Attach to the forum as normal.

For the room images, when you post a message on this board, you will notice a link reading "Insert DROD Room Image" to the right. Click this, then choose a hold, level and room. You can add markers if you wish, and make the picture be an outside link or in the actual message.

If they're your own pictures then you can't do that. Instead, attach them as you would a hold, or else upload them onto the web and give us a link so we can find them.
