Okay, I finally beat the level. Very intriguing. Here are my comments, if they are different from other people's.

×1N1W: I downloaded the latest version, but this was still pretty easy. Sure, I had to lead the snakes around a bit, but it didn't take too long.
1S1E: I hopped in and out of all the alcoves until I got to the bottom left (although I actually had to make a mad dash from the upper right to the bottom left in order to make it...it's okay if you go diagonally...then I went up to the alcove with the "secret" room, then back to the bottom left), and then made a run for the mimic bottle room. Is this how you intended it, or did I make it much harder for myself?
2S: This room was very easy except for the eye section, which I passed on the third try by pure luck.
2S1W: I was stupid and didn't try to get the serpents in the upper right corner before using the mimic...but I was able to kill them eventually (used one serpent to kill the other, and then led that one up to the checkerboard). Took me a while to get the goblins out safely...devious!
1S1W: It took me a long time to get past the bottom half. I kept thinking I could do it without the invisibility potion...and I might have, if it weren't for those pesky brains! Well, probably not.
1W: If the first orb closes that door in the corner, what is the point of it? I don't know if you made the room any harder, but my tar was bigger than someone else mentioned...7x7. Still nowhere close to the corner, even if it had been open.
1S: Not too bad, actually...first you realize that you can only enter from one direction, and then you realize that there aren't enough mimic potions on the bottom of the screen, and then you realize that yes there are...this had the most "D'oh!" restarts of all the rooms, although it only took me 5 tries or so.
I really liked these rooms, because for the most part, when I restarted it was because I realized I screwed something up instead of being surrounded or something like that. Pretty much no hack and slash, either, which is good when you are playing at work.
Game on,
