is there a way to leave this room without doin it. if not could i get some good advise on how to do it.but id rather just leave

I'm nowhere close to L19 yet, but I'm pretty sure you can use the Restore feature to get you to the room just before that room...
The option is right under "Continue Playing Game".

Please a hint! I can't find the secret room. This room & the secret room on 20 & on to the Dreamplane!

I've dragged my sword along all likely walls (I think) to no avail.
