When starting up DROD and before hitting "Continue", entering the restore screen shows the state of the Continue saved game slot on the map, but it is not displayed in the room widget (and hence can't be restored from). The continue game should be shown both on the map and on the room widget to allow continuing from the Continue slot through the restore screen before any game is begun. This will be fixed in buld 32.

I had noticed this, but thought it was supposed to be that way. Ah well, nice to know it'll be sorted.

It could have been, but the main problem was that the map and room being shown were inconsistent. For example, if your continue game is in a completed room, it would show up green on the map, whereas the room would be showing the beginning of the room with monsters in it. So making it consistent was the most important thing.
