In Journey to Rooted Hold : Seventh Level : 1 North, 1 West, stab as few unawakened eyes as possible.

In other words, don’t kill an evil eye until you awaken it. There are some cases where this is impossible, such as when as eye is facing a wall.

You could do the opposite, which is to keep them asleep before you stab them, but that’s boring. So for the challenge, you can post how many eyes you had to stab to complete the room. If you want.
