icon Custom Music/Sound Beef (+1)  
One thing I noticed in JtRH, if you have a script to play a custom sound/music file; it will play the file, until you leave the room. Could we have some sort of script to make the sound/music play until it stops, no matter where you are in the game?

Do you mean in your game or in a hold. In a hold you need character in every room I think, but for your game only you can edit drod.ini to support your music.

There are no plans to have speech or speech sounds continue after exiting to a different room. To keep a specific music type playing across rooms, have a Play Music script command for that music type in each room. However, there will be some improved sound effects and music handling in 3.0.

I tried putting a .ogg music file in the music directory, didn't work. Do I have to go into the script and change it so that overlaps a default song?

If so, then only I could hear the song, not others...
