Well, I suppose a moderator edited an image into one of their older posts, so it could be brute forced by searching for their posts with "edited by" as the search string, but I'm sure there's a far more elegant method.

You could also beg for an access on the Caravelgames server, and browse through all the pictures there. I guess even Google doesn't have the answer, though.

Just click. The number is the number of bar clicks. I also checked, and discovered the following: I can't scan the whole of getgoodie.php or getattachment.php until I get home. DBOD hasn't made it it's avatar, or anything like that. As far as I can tell, it isn't in the users section, though I could be mistaken. I can't hack the site.

Obviously that was a last resort. But I've tried everything related to the Bar, 350, and TCB, and of course picture that I can think of. I'm positive that it is some sort of riddle or something. But I determined that I can't do that anyway.
