It is possible to fool the ESP test, but very difficult. I don't want to spoil it for people, but after you've tried the test a few times and had your fun, I can tell you here how to beat it.

1. Try the ESP test again. Choose any of the eyes to start it.
2. Quietly think about which card to choose. When I say "quietly", I mean that you should not subvocalize and say the name in your head. This is the whole trick to being psychically unreadable. Use your mind to think thoughts without assigning words to them.
3. To throw the ESP test off your track, think-speak an entirely different selection than your real one. So in your mind, speak the words of your false selection.
4. Choose any of the eyes below. It doesn't matter how you do it.
You will find that the false choice that you spoke in your mind has been removed from the pile of cards. Congratulations, you have fooled the ESP test! This ability is useful in many situations where psychics are trying to read you against your wishes. Remember, it's your brain and they got no business inside of it, so it's okay to mentally lie to psychics.
