I posted this a while ago but it didn't get many replies.

I think the idea is quite good - when Beethro dies, the creatures will move towards him like he was constantly "waiting", and Beethro's sword would kill any creatures it hits as he is being eaten.

Just a nice way to make dying more amusing.

It might be entertaining, but I would think the monsters would use their normal movement towards Betthro and not run into his sword for no reason.

I like this. Completely pointless and doesn't add to the technical gameplay at all but I love the idea of Beethro falling under a horde of roaches as they pile down on top of him... Makes the whole spinning around and screaming thing more entertaining! Would be a nice aesthetic addition and not too hard to implement?

I suppose goblins would be too clever to run into the sword, but roaches and suchlike certainly wouldn't.

Any particular reason you're bumping this thread? There wasn't interest in this then - and there's no reason to suppose that has changed.

Actually, I kinda like as it darkens, all the monster rush towards him, as an effect.

I'll leave the downvote though because bumps with no new content make me put right-facing parenthesis directly after colons, or perhaps precede my colons with capital D's. It depends, really.
