Erik said he could not enter the film festival, then I thought, "Why not?"

1. Knows something about Drod
2. Knows a little about scripting
3. Might have a movie idea since he came up w/ the contest

I think the more movies, the more fun. Also, if Erik were to win the contest, we could always disqualify him at that point. It might be a little late, but if The Man (and The Lovely Lady) should have an idea and time I think they should join the fun!

Well, he couldn't *enter* it, but I'm sure he could make an unofficial entry if'n we prodded him enough. I'm making an unofficial one as well, cleverly entitled "Erik and Brittany at the Dragonfly Convention", which will hopefully have voice acting in it. Doing Brittany's voice will be the worst, as all I have to work with is a program that converts a male voice to a female voice.

But yes - I'll release it later. I have most of the script written, but I have to work on the real one first.

Which reminds me - anyone up to doing a couple of lines (Most of the passer-bys only have two or three), feel free. I'd be willing to offer some fresh-baked rank-points cookies to people.

I hate being this detached boring-busy kinda guy, but my time alloted to DROD this month is spoken for and then some. On my to do list for tomorrow and the week following:

- Figure out a tech support problem.
- Make a 128x128 icon for Weston Markham's OSX DROD.
- Update all files, pages, and links for 2.0.9 files.
- Update a spec for some new features that will be added to the site.
- Write a spec for some new artwork.
- Look at Larrymurk's hold that was submitted as a Smitemaster's Selection, figure out what sort of drastic changes we'll need, and send Larrymurk an e-mail asking him if he still wants to have his hold go into SS.
- Write another to do list for the Dragonflight convention that I'll likely be working on the weekend following this one.

...and I'm omitting some stuff that is secret, and omitting other stuff just because I forgot it. Gads, what I gotta do just stretches on. I better stick to the grind.
