Tar Caves : The Tar Caves : 1 North, 2 East (0)

Ive managed to kill the lower tar mother and hit the orb, but how do I get past the chamber now full with tar babies to the upper tar mother (or out of there to kill the brain)?

Edit: Ive managed to beat this room but now I can´t go back through 1N1E!
