Cool, thanks for the link Silver.
I hadn't seen that thread or your 9 day record record.
Kudos to you :thumbsup
I'm quite happy to have second place.

I'd actually like to nominate someone else's high score. Kevin's Dreamplane 1n is absolutely brilliant, and all the more so because of the dialogue in that room.

60 moves in Nightmare Dungeon, Level 6, 2S 1E. Second place is 1325 moves. Hah. :fun

I guess I'm proud of my second place score on L20 2N, because even after StewartK managed to beat it, he was only able to shave off 3 measly moves. :P

when I look at the other high scores I am not really proud of any of mine
I think I must be slowest DROD player around
my times are always 2-3 times as long as any other high scores

Scratch that. It sucks. Makes player files take 3 hours to import... :look

Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so - Ford Prefect.

Don't forget that some of these high scorers (myself included) have spent time staring at a room (and cleared the room many times) and the high score comes from the nth try so it just looks fast.

Yes. It happens rather quickly, in fact.

http://www.drod.net/forum/highscores.php?action=levelscores&id=620 When I was on top for 1s1e of Tar and Mud, I was very proud of myself as I didn't even think it was possible and it wasn't easier beecause it was my hold. Too bad I can't get back on top right now.

I only have six first places, so please don't go attacking for the sake of attacking them.

But the one that I'm most proud of is Pelcho's Puzzles: Once South, Twice East.

It's nice to be able to beat the creator of the room, for one, but I'm especially proud of this one because I really, really hate peg solitaire, and I always have. I worked it out for a long time on my graph paper before working it out on the screen.
