The room is roasting me. I don't even know where to begin. There's no way to get to that first blob of tar before it grows, right? I would love some help.

My I suggest: title should have been "JtRH L17: secret room" (your title is fine except it doesn't say JtRH) and the location of the room in the post should have been in secret tags. I got to level 18 without finding any secrets on 17 and now I know where the sucker is.

Aargh, I give up. I've been stuck on this room for two or three weeks now. It's the last room I need before heading to the dreamplane and I'm hopelessly stuck.

Could some kind soul send me a demo? I'm pretty sure the E-mail link in my profile works. I'd really appreciate it.

Huh? I don´t really know how to do that. But I can´t see the harm in posting my demo here. it´s a bit over four minutes long so it might contain some passages of me stopping to think.

To prevent spammers getting your e-mail address, sending you an e-mail through the forum doesn't reveal your e-mail address, although it does reveal theirs, to which you can respond. And you can't attach anything to forum-sent e-mails. So it would take a few back-and-forths before you got your demo.

Blondbeard, thank you very much. I really suck at tar efficiency; but once I saw how to do the top quickly enough I was able to handle the rest. Finally, the Dreamplane!

I didn't know that. I just assumed someone could e-mail me a demo as easily as attaching one to a forum post. Actually, I prefer downloading from the forum anyway.

This is my last room before the Dreamplane. For me knowing where it is, is not enough. I can't find how to get into it. Could I have a suggestion please.

Anybody got more tips for this? I can try to keep the dangerous tar blobs back, but before I get halfway I get overwhelmed and lose. Is it possible to be quick enough to clear all the blobs one by one, or is there some other trick I'll need to use? It's the last room I got left too!
