I love cryptic clues

I'll pick square 11.

As for the reasoning..

Morning; on last drug,

Morning is am on last letter of drug is g giving among.

He came after Tim started,

he came after T gives the

Confused, he rose,

Confuse the letters of 'he rose' to get heroes

Just before midnight,

I haven't actually gotten this one.. but it starts with i!

Initially flustered all.

Initially flustered is f, so fall.

The leaders scrambled for the solution.

Mix up the leading letters of the above 5 words to get the word faith..
After getting four of the clues I just guessed all the words that I could find with those 4 letters Anyone have an idea about that last clue?

[edit] actually, now that I think about it, the word is probably I itself - the letter just before the middle of 'night' is I.

For the sake of amusement, I'll leave this up in the air and give some mod points to the first person who figures out that last part of the clue. As for your square 11, TripleM, I'm afraid you've only found an A. That means you can collect a C and P for a DROD hat, or an M and P for a Master Map of the Eighth.
