An outsider's suggestion:

I think you might create more incentive to do the challenges if instead of fictional money, you offered rank points that would go into a pot to be given to the eventual winner. Of course, you'd have to keep it within reason, but I think the mods would have no problem hooking you up with a few rank points for this sort of game.

Fair Play, If the mods could sort out the rank points then I will come to a decision on how much money is worth a rank point.

Round 4, The Split

As the name of this challenge suggests this is a split, you must all split into two roughly equal groups.

You will not be competing against each other but the catch is that these groups are how you will stay for the entire game so if one group loses more players than another group then they are going to find it increasingly difficult to earn the group money/points. To emphasize, there will be no evening up of the gruops after the eliminations.

The challenge must be completed by Local Time:03-24-2005 at 05:00 PM by means of one of you posting the list of teams after discussions have taken place, you will then all be asked if you agree with the decision and adjustments may be made accordingly.

This challenge is worth £10000 but for every disagreement the team will lose £1000 (or however many points this turns out to be)
