There doesn't seem to be any way to do this. You're just stuck editing the hold you've created. You must be able to load others' holds too. There's also no way to delete holds.

You should read older posts - both these issues were raised (by me) in the not-so-distant past.

You can delete holds by pressing the delete key. There's (currently) no GUI way to do it. I'm hoping this will change at some point.

You can only edit holds that you created with your current character, OR that your current character has won (by going down the final staircase of said hold). You cannot otherwise edit holds. This is deliberate (though I think the mechanics of how this is done should be changed - see my thread about this for my suggestion)
