The title's self explanatory - if you put an arrow on a door (decreed legal in another thread), it will delete any orb links. First placing the arrow and then linking the door works fine.

Ugh. An arrow on a door? It may be correct in an abstract kind of way, but cosmetically it looks bad. I'd rather disallow it. Easy enough to design doors with arrows just beside them.

In my current level, I use an arrow on a door somewhere where normally an arrow would be, but I don't want the roaches going through when Beethro is on the wrong side of the room - there's no room for a door next-to the arrow, because if one roach gets on the arrow, he gets trapped there.

It doesn't look bad at all, by the way (it would look terrible on the levels where arrows are yellow, but I'm using the "voids" background so the arrows are blue).

Hmm. Okay. I guess it doesn't look so bad.

The same thing happens if you change the type of ground under an orb - it loses all associations (i.e. if you change a trapdoor to a floor tile). Only happens without safety because it is impossible to change with safety on without deleting the orb.

Yeah, changing the floor underneath an orb or putting arrows on a door shouldn't remove the orb associations (called "agents").

Entered into DB.
