The way I solved this room was
Reviewing my demo now, I saw that Dragon Fogel has a much sneakier and faster solution, but I won't say what was done there - Fogel can chime in, if desired.

×You want 4 roaches in column 22, while you are to the west of them. Then carve a way through the broken walls, going west, and turn southwest only when you reach the diagonal to the door. This way you can reach the door when the last roach is still on the plate, provided their movement order is just right.

I tried LovaP48's solution, but no matter how I fiddled with movement order I was always at least 2 moves short of the exit.

I don't know how to even begin to set up kikuchiyo's solution. Four roaches along that wall after the queens are dead just seems impossible, never mind putting them there in reverse order.

So I went back to one of my own ideas and got it to work.
