Played Second Sky demo for a bit, then bought a copy. The one I bought is a later version (5.x) so I want to use that.

Can I import the progress I made in the demo, or do I need to play it all again?

That depends.

If you've played The Second Sky demo hold, then you'll need to start the game from the beginning. Demo and full versions of TSS hold are treated as two different holds and because of that, they are not compatible.

If you've imported other holds into the demo and played them before, then you should be able to continue from your last save point after importing them and your player profile to the full game.
