When you ask for help by clicking "help" or pressing F1, if you are in fullscreen, DROD goes back to windowed mode, and stays like that until you go into the "settings" menu and come out of it.

This isn't actually a bug, as you have to be in windowed mode to see the help file. Also note that you can change between windowed and fullscreen by pressing F10. It's quicker than going into Settings and changing it.
