This would be a command that allows two adjacent platforms to be combined into a single one.

I'm not sure how it would be best to implement it, but there's fun things that could be done with this, especially if building platforms were supported. Maybe select a tile and an orthogonal direction, and if there's a platform at the tile and another platform in the specified direction, it connects them?

A "split platform" command would be potentially useful too - currently you can split one by building another type of terrain, but that makes you lose at least one tile.

Thought about this while pondering about The Golem and if there would be any feasible way to do something similar in DROD; platforms seemed promising (being multi-tile movable objects already) but are currently pretty limited in what you can do with their shapes.
