Flickering on JtRH title screen (0)

I've noticed some flickering on the JtRH title screen in 5.1.1.371. To reproduce, select a JtRH hold and return to the main menu. After a while, the background map will start to move jerkily and the title graphic and menu options will flicker. Eventually, the map stops moving altogether before going back to normal.
