In 5.1.1, slider bars are now missing drawing a line at their top and bottom.

To reproduce:
Go to the room editor, click on Weather.

Expected behavior:
No see-thru gap in rendering the slider bar area.

I am pretty sure I must've broken this when modifying sliders. I'll be happy to fix it once I am done with effects revamp.

Fixed this + there was a bug where cancelling on Settings screen would momentarily draw widgets from different pages (sliders) on the current screen,

Cannot replicate either of the mentioned issues above in 5.1.1.alpha.2020-10-29.
