Character options dialog (the one where you can set the processing sequence of a character) does not accept hotkeys. It makes sense that enter would work the same as clicking "Save", while pressing escape should work the same as clicking "Cancel".

When testing, make sure to test both Options dialogs, that is the one accessible when editing a specific character and a custom character.

Can confirm in 5.1.1.alpha.2020-10-18 that pressing Esc in both character options menus is the same as clicking cancel, while pressing Enter is the same as clicking Save, unless you tab to the Cancel button then press Enter, which is the same as clicking cancel.
