Relay Stations and Citizens can be assigned to one of 16 'groups', indicated by colour and right-click tooltip. Citizens only visit the Relay Stations for their group.

Currently, when a Relay Station is constructed, it will always be a Group 0 Station. It might be more interesting if Relay Stations constructed by Citizens matched the group of the Citizen doing the building.

Other methods of producing a Relay Station could still create a Group 0 Station.

(Since constructing stations currently doesn't work, this request doesn't break anything.)

Can confirm this work in 5.1.1.alpha.2020-10-18. When a citizen constructs a relay station via a build marker, it matches his colour.

If there is currently no build marker, citizens cannot build anything so nothing happens, but if an engineer is in the room, he will build it as white (group 0) and then all unassigned citizens will become white and move to it.

So all working as expected.
