I have no doubt that this will be the easiest round of Watch the Bar ever, considering that the value of black lives is a universal constant, and 100% is already completely accurate. But regardless of what the bar means, it's still a bar, it has a percentage, and that percentage shall be tracked, because this one must never change, and we will see to it that it doesn't.
