Princess Castle Quest is a puzzle adventure game. As of this writing, it's in Early Access on Steam and there is a free demo on Itch. You can find links to both from the game's official site.

It's a grid-based game with a top-down view. It's not quite turn-based, because some puzzles involve moving enemies, but in other puzzles you might get to push blocks around with all the time in the world to think about your moves.

It's still in development and the devs are open to feedback from players. Read about their development plans from the site.
