GatEB Steam: Game not minimizing when in full-screen (0)

GatEB Steam will not minimize when in full-screen, instead the focus moves to the desktop for a while (you can see this when you try to navigate the menu with keyboard and nothing happens).
The focus moves back to the game when I click anywhere.

This is annoying especially while multi-tasking.

This behavior does not happen when I'm playing the game in windowed move.

Also this bug does not appear on non-Steam TSS.
