TSS - JTRH Title Screen doesn't animate without Alpha Blending (+1)

I just discovered a minor bug in The Second Sky - If Alpha Blending is disabled, then Journey to Rooted Hold title screen doesn't animate and the ticker is shown on the "map" (file attached). With Alpha Blending enabled, both the map and ticker behavior is normal. This bug only occurs with JTRH (5.0) - other title screens are unaffected. BTW, my access to CaravelNet just ended, if that matters.
