I've tried pretty much every combination of moves I can think of, both with the blue door up and down, and absolutely nothing works. There is always a line of roaches facing the wrong direction.

What should the first, say...60 moves of a successful run of this room look like, generally speaking?

Raugh, I site-searched with google for an existing topic and couldn't find it. Sorry!

EDIT: For the record, Nuntar's first few moves are among the plans I've tried before posting this topic and that still doesn't work for me at all. I still get stuck between two horizontal rows of roaches in a way that makes it impossible to kill both, or trapped at the top/bottom with a row of roaches I can't kill coming at me from the bottom/top.

EDIT 2: Solved now. For anyone having trouble with the same spot--killing the 2 horizontal rows of roaches--it helped me to:
