Make enter work correctly when focus is on some fields (0)

(adding missing threads for features implemented in 5.0.2)

Hitting enter in the New Variable Name text field should create the variable instead of closing the window.

The same for New Character Name text field.

Implemented in 5.0.2

This issue appears to have been fixed for 5.0.2. When I hit enter in either the New Variable Name or New Character Name fields, the name is added into the variable/character lists.
