I've searched a few times for the secret levels but I can't find all of them. Can somebody tell me how many Secret rooms there are?
I've found
->2 in lvl 13
->2 in lvl 14
->3 in lvl 15
->2 in lvl 16
so where have i missed one (or more)?

That's all of them. You can verify this yourself by looking in the Restore screen once you've conquered the hold; it will tell you how many secrets you've conquered in each level and how many there are in total.

If you still can't get through the master wall, make sure you exit each secret after killing all the monsters. Otherwise it doesn't count because you could have trapped yourself. The Restore screen should help you narrow down which one(s) need to be done.
