I've had some more free time, so here are some notes on L2:

×1N: This was a nice room, although it wasn't very difficult, since if you cut into the tar diagonally (using two walls to create the diagonal) the snake will follow you into it, and so die. Getting rid of the mothers after that isn't very difficult either.
1N 1E: This is an odd room. I noticed your screen name made out of walls, trapdoors and doors, which I assume is just a form of room art, correct?
1N 1W: This was another interesting room, although the orb combinations weren't very hard to guess. I liked the idea of having to destroy the tar in the first section as soon as you can get in there, although it's possible to leave a substantial amount behind while you open the other tar chamber doors.
2W - The concept is very nice (and visually interesting), but I don't like the hidden crumbly wall at all, since there is little indication that it is there. Perhaps you could put a scroll with a hint warning to look out for something hidden to make it more obvious.
1W - I liked this puzzle. Manipulating the mimic in such a cramped space was quite tricky.
1E - Having monsters attacking from all directions is certainly not easy to handle, making this room quite a challenge. I don't, however, understand which orb should not be touched, since the room can be completed even if all of them have been hit.
2E - This has an extremely tight solution ans is very hard; I haven't been able to complete it yet, but I'm sure I know what the general idea is - good job (although it is a little non-intuitive).
1N 2E - This was a very nice efficiency puzzle. The main problem is getting to the mother once you open her chamber since it is that passage that must not be blocked, as all the others get blocked off by tar babies. I did note, though that the tar masses near the entrance to the room don't actually do anything to add to the timer, as tar babies form over the passage, so blocking growth of tar into the entrance passage, and so leaving it free to be cut.
Overall, this is a nice level; not too challenging, but containing some interesting rooms.
