How many installs of DROD do you have on one computer?
1 - Why would you ever need more?
2-3 - Yes, I have more than one for a reason...
4-6 - Very obsessed. Each install has a specific purpose.
7-10 - Extremly obsessed.
11+ - No hope left for you...
If you have more than one install, what is your MAIN reason behind having more?
I only have one install.
I use a seperate one for graphical modifications.
Rather than using the ''Where'' Button, I have each install set to the hold I'm currently playing.
Sometimes one of my installs will crash, leaving me thankful that I have another
Instead of patching, I make a new install using the SourceForge setup.
Since I'm lazy, I have different installs to my various configs(No sound, no music, etc.).
I have a Webfoot one, DROD 1.5, and Architects', so they aren't really the same...
It makes me look cooler...
No reason.

If you count development build directories I have 6 installations. I try to keep the installation count down or it gets confusing for me. Rest assured each one has a valid purpose.

I have two installs on my computer: one in Linux and one in Windows. I usually only use the Linux version (I hardly ever use Windows anymore), but having two installs proved to be quite useful when playtesting my finished hold (I don't have the same "identity" on both installs).

You forgot the option "Other reason. Specify below." (or "I have a dual-boot system")

Or multiple installs on several machines... I plan to distribute DROD:AE with every computer I ever sell.

I've got around 12, I think - 8 of them of them are JtRH beta installs, then 1.5, two 1.6 and Webfoot.

I've got just one. I use graphical modifications by having a copy af bitmaps (and sounds) directory with modded files. All I need to play a mod is to rename my directories.

Urgh...Yeah, I'm an idiot. If you have a different reason, just choose the "It makes me look cooler" and post your REAL reason down here.

I've got two versions-on the family Dell there is one install of Webfoot and one of AE. My version of Webfoot was actually installed on our old Gateway, and I copied it over to Dell just before the Gateway was gotten rid of. I already had Caravel DROD on the Dell, and upgraded to AE during its beta-testing (I was a tester).
