The temporal projections record a sequence of moves. After the rewind, a projection will attempt to replay those moves. However, if it cannot make one of the moves,
it will just stand there and wait until the move becomes possible, followed by making all the subsequent recorded moves. This means that obstructing a projection never changes its position (you’d have to push it for that); instead, it causes the projection to become out of sync with respect to the clock.
