I'll be the first to admit I hate aumtlich movement, so I'm probably missing something obvious, but I have no clue how to do this one. To kill the eyes I need to activate them (except for the very leftmost one). To activate them I need to have the aumtlich step on the pressure plates while I'm in their line of vision. That seems straightforwardly impossible - there are only a very few places in the room where I can trap the aumtlich while I move around, and none of them are placed usefully. Splitting the aumtlich doesn't seem to be helpful, since I can't keep the copies in place either. Help?

I'm still not seeing a way to do this. It's obvious that you've got to trap him there, because otherwise you can never get him to trip the pressure plate from a safe distance. It's even obvious that you have to somehow use the copies because otherwise it's provably impossible. I just have no clue how, even in principle.

What am I missing? I got the yellow rectangle open ok but can't release the eye at the top right? have tried a lot of fiddling but have a horrid idea it is something simpler.... thanks.. Mashie

The easiest way is to trap an eye behind the wall at 1 and 2. You can use the temporal aumtlich for all 4 eyes though.

thanks - that's how I opened the yellow box with the two eyes in it. But I still can't see how to use it to get the eye in the top right.... ?
I'm probably going to kick myself... To trap an Aumtlich there as before I need to be below the wall and then I can't wake the eye I'm after...

Also stuck on 1E now, which has the same flavour - must be something I'm missing

×Simply make sure you're in the line of sight of both eyes that turn (or in fact the one after.)

I didn't use the Aumtlich in the end - still can't see how to get that far above it: but that's all the fun, different solutions! thanks
