This area is so tough, WHY has No One Made a PAGE For It Yet??!?! Should I focus on the east side, or the south side for moving the roaches??? and HOW Do I Do It??

Yes, a nasty room. It can be done from any entrance, but I solved it entering from the SW. Let down the roach that's above the tar mother, otherwise you get an unwanted tar baby. Wait for the tar to grow some, and then lead the roaches up the east side. Good luck!
