Right so I am now on my last quest for the eye from Munarvagr, more specifically the two lovers quest. I play as a thief and I started the quest by stealing the letter from Lithrasir. Is this bad? I've already borked the Fafnir quest because I stole Regin's figurine and I am wondering if it's the same in this case. The quest behaves strangely because when I got the flowers I had already gotten the quest but Lithrasir acts as if I never got the quest in the first place. Then she sends me to Liff, with her letter who then asks me to bring her flowers. When she asks me to tell him to meet her at Hodminni, there is no dialogue option for Liff. If the quest is ruined then just PLEASE tell me how to steal it from Sigurd, I just want to get this quest over with already.

If you can't do the Liff/Lith quest you can still help out four people in Munarvagir, including Sigurd.

Or yes, you could steal it from Sigurd, but I don't know how that is done.

I have already completed the Sigurd quest. From what I understand, Sigrun also has a quest but no dialogue comes up when I talk to her.

The ones I've completed are Sigurd, Kraka, Librarian

You can talk to others about Sigrun and find out what is wrong. She doesn't give the quest out obviously.

Sigrun will not give you any quest. In order to help her, you must figure out yourself what you can do for her and do it.

Since I haven't played as a rogue yet, I don't know how to steal the Eye from Sigurd.

No, stealing the letter from Lithrasir does not break this quest; you can just give the letter to Liff later.

I don't understand what you mean. But if you bring the flowers to Lithrasir, then Liff does get an option to come to the holt, it's just that he'll tell you there's this troll in the way (i.e. Fremont)...
