Yes there are many ways.You can buy stamina potions,or when you are exhausted, go to the lookout tower with Angrimm and rest there.I do most of training at night.Stronger monsters are outside at night.

I've safely spent several nights at the circle of fire where Brynhild is. No monsters spawn there - Aesir magic wards from them, I guess? - and the fire from the magic circle keeps you warm during the night.

On a similar topic, I was wondering whether there's a place where you can sleep in Svartalfhar? My heroine always ends up sleep deprived after I go there. xD

And if I'm stuck in the woods at night as a sorceress, without blink spell and stamina potions, is there a legit way to survive it?

Like we said: at the circle of fire. Just click the sleep icon in the special actions menu. ^^
