Calling all testers!

I've attached a new drod.exe (rar'ed) from DROD 4 (Windows) that contains all of the code fixes checked off here.

You can place this binary alongside the drod.exe in your game's install directory and run it to try out the fixes. I'd like to verify these issues are fixed, and hopefully also get some good test coverage that no new issues have been introduced, before officially releasing version 4.0.2.

Here is the pending changelog for this new version:

* Now destroying rock golem piles does not count towards monster kills or combos.

! Fixed: now when a Critical Hero NPC executes "Imperative Die", the room correctly restarts.

* Fixed flying/swimming player role interaction logic when traversing water, shallow water, and pits.
* Fixed Halph/Citizen not showing wading graphic when in shallow water.
* Fixed possibility of deleting all level entrances in a level via room copy-and-pasting in the room editor minimap.
* Alt-<restart> during death animation now correctly restarts the room.
* Now required NPC deaths count toward kill tallies.
* Minor rendering fixes.
* OSX: Disabled Gamma setting to avoid "yellow blotches" rendering issue.
* OSX: Fixed Online Room Help button not correctly opening the intended browser URL.
+ Logging of infinite loops in scripting now list the room it occurred in. (thanks, TFMurphy!)

FYI -- I'm moving the Level Entrance item in the Room Editor menu from the Monsters tab to the Checkpoint tab.

It is always kind of weird for it to be on the monsters tab, mixed in with other things that look almost the same, and it can be hard for new architects to find.

The new way is the way it already is in DROD RPG.

Hmm...apparently, not much testing going on here. Maybe I'll just wait another week and then release 4.0.2 if I don't hear that anything's amiss before then.
