How do you help the woman in this room? Is it related to the tunnel under the bed in 1s, 1e of the englos keep? I've been trying to figure out how to get to that tunnel for hours!

She says to look on the west side of englos keep. I assume this means room 2s,3w, but I can't get there. I found the tunnel under the bed because I've right-clicked on just about every tile near 2s,2w trying to figure out how to get past the wall. If its not through that tunnel then I'm extra stumped.

One possibility is that you have to enter 2s,3w from non-englos area such as from the coast? I'll keep exploring I guess.

After strolling back and forth between this room and the one in Engloss, the woman here is still saying the same thing about her son. Is there new dialogue or a room change that's supposed to trigger? If there is it's just not happening for me.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or there's a bug or what. Any hints?

The son won't acknowledge I've met his mother either, not sure if he's supposed to.

EDIT: Figured it out. For the mother/son thing to progress requires mastering the hold, not just

You can only do that when the mother steps aside, which means you have to find her son and then bring back a message.
