If you modify a character in someone else's beta, it asks you if you want to create a copy of the hold or else discard the changes. The copy you create ends up not having the changes applied, however, so then you have to re-edit the character. This is pretty minor but it could be extra annoying if you made a lot of scripting changes.
I don't know if it does this with other edits or if it's only scripting that forgets to apply changes after the copy is made.
